点评：Overall had a great experience.
The good:
-easy light rail transportation for out of towners
-efficient security screening
-beautiful interior of stadium with excellent sight lines from the 200 level
-the Churro Dog dessert is indeed legendary
-climate/temperature was fantastic
The 'needs improvement'
-no good 'photo opportunities' on the exterior of the stadium; very bland and unmemorable
-signs and directions are lacking for unfamiliar guests. Confusing that you cannot get between main, 200, and 300 levels once inside the stadium.
-staff need to be more proactive in helping and communicating. We had to ask 3 different staff how to actually get into the 200 level to find our seats. Literally one staff could have shown us the doors 50 feet off the escalator, but let us wander around lost for another few minutes before we returned to ask again. Signs directing to the 200 level are NOT on the up escalator, but only on the down escalator. Odd.
- The gift shop entrance is NOT adequately labeled. The gift shop staff did not act in a courteous manner when re-directing us or other guests to the desired entrance. Again, the entrance is NOT labeled. There were many confused guests on how to get in. All were treated in rude manner.
