点评：Just reviewing the donation process: I was moving houses and I wanted to donate a couple of appliances that I couldn't take with me. After booking a slot, they called the same day of the collection saying that it had to be rescheduled to which I agreed, as far as they took them before my moving date. I cleaned them so they were nice and in good condition. The days passed and never came nor contacted me to say they weren't coming. I called once and they said I was in the list to do but the days had been busy and they would come later in the day. But they didn't nor came the next day. So I had to call again just for them to tell me they weren't going to collect the appliances: they were clean to the brim but they were 5 years old, they weren't going to be as good as new, but they didn't like it. My frustration was the fact that they were not going to contact to tell me and I had to rush to arrange a collection for before my leaving date. Very, very unprofessional.
翻译：只是在回顾一下捐赠流程：当时我正在搬家，想把几件带不走的家电捐赠出去。预约好取货时间后，他们在取货当天打电话来说需要重新安排时间，我同意了，只要能在搬家前把物品带走就行。我还把那些家电清理得干干净净，确保它们状况良好。然而几天过去了，他们既没来取货，也没有联系我说明不来取的情况。我打过一次电话，对方说我确实在回收名单上，只是那天事情太多，他们会在当天晚些时候来。但他们既没来，第二天也没出现。于是我又打电话过去，结果他们告诉我不会来回收这些电器了：这些电器虽然干干净净，但已经用了5年了，不可能像新的一样，不过他们就是不满意。让我沮丧的是，他们根本不打算联系我告知此事，结果我不得不匆忙安排在离开前取件。真是极其不专业。
