Arrogance, rudeness and incompetence

点评：Purchased in July 2025, had to purchase an upgrade to book at an earlier date, first booking at the end of September 2025 got canceled 2 days prior to our flight, reson: they changed the 6 seats aircraft with a 4 one, poor operational management.
Booked again, first available date end of March 2026, so 2 booking in 9 months, outrageous. 1 hour prior our flight got canceled, we were on our way there. They invoked early morning fog. They chose to delay all flights during the day and cancel the last 2 flights. They should've cancel the morning ones as it was not safe to do so, the weather at the time of our flight was perfectly sunny without wind. Another example of bad operational management.
Then, we had to deal with with the rudeness and arrogance of the Operations Manager that denied to refund us after they couldn't find a viable solution.
