点评：Very disappointing experience — they still haven’t refunded my money.
Despite the many positive reviews, my experience with this agency has been far from professional.
I booked a Mount Kenya trek and paid a deposit in advance. Shortly after receiving the payment, the conditions of the booking started to change, so I decided not to proceed and asked for my deposit to be refunded.
They tried to offer me other services, but I clearly declined and repeatedly asked for my money back. I even suggested different ways of receiving the refund, but they told me that a bank transfer was the only option and that it would take around 5 days.
It has now been more than two weeks, and I still haven’t received my money. I have been contacting them every day, but all I get is “please wait” without any clear explanation or actual update.
I understand that bank transfers can take some time, but more than two weeks with no refund and no concrete information is simply not acceptable.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this agency.
