点评：I honestly cannot thank Mark Anthony enough for everything he did to help me find my phone. From around 11am until 4pm, Mark went above and beyond to help me, putting in an incredible amount of time, effort and dedication, even when I had almost given up myself.
He explored every possible avenue, was incredibly thorough, and even got down on his hands and knees searching for my phone. Throughout the entire process, he was so polite, patient, reassuring and genuinely comforting. He made what was a very stressful situation feel so much easier because he never stopped trying to help.
Eventually, thanks to Mark’s determination and dedication, I got my phone back. I genuinely don’t think many people would have gone to the lengths that he did. He didn’t just do his job, he truly cared about helping me, and that meant so much.
The staff there were also incredibly helpful, kind and sweet throughout the whole experience. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier.
Mark is an absolute GOAT and an extraordinary person. I will always be incredibly grateful for the effort he put in to help me. He really is Remarkable Mark! 😂
