Cave Des Vins De Sancerre的点评
点评：I have been tasting wine in all regions of France for over 10 years now, but never have I seen such rude a treatment.
As the other reviewer says, there was a very visible contempt from the salesperson.
I do have a decent knowledge of wine, own a good collection, and was with my father, who had been a wine producer in the past and is the cofounder of the wine club in our hometown. But I'm half blind, my French is not great, and we had nonexperts and a kid with us -- so she may have thought we are unworthy of the place. I was trying to understand what wines they have and what we could taste (takes a while to figure things out with my poor vision). She was only willing to show us the cheapest wine, saying "this is good for you", and not willing to inform us about others. She was also extremely rude to my cousin, for whom it was the first time in a winery in France. My cousin got excited and was taking a video. She aggressively made him stop and delete, checking his phone herself (she could have just asked nicely -- we are civilized people).
Please avoid this winery if you respect yourself. Happily, we went to the town center and corrected this unpleasant experience in other places where people were quite polite and helpful.
