Racist, Abusive Discriminatory Staff (Max Guest Relations)

点评：NOT FOR DISABLED OR NEURODIVETGENT FAMILIES
ABUSED BY STAFF On 3rd Sep, as a family we were super thrilled and excited to go back to seaworld, my grandson had been counting down the days for months until he saw a orca. We got to stadium for 12 to watch the show, several people in our party are disabled, we been cleared by IBCE and seaworld. I was horrified when the grandchildren (austic) came to me crying a member of stay wouldn't allow my daughter or grandchildren sit in disabled section at back of statuim. He shouted at them typical white English. My son and daughter visited customer services. They both reported the staff didn't care and very arrogant. To be honest I was shocked the staff her had always been amazing in 30 years of coming. However that being said the vast majority of staff were apathetic, as though they didn't want to be there. A food voucher was given, to some of children that were abused but not the two little ones.
The lady at Ray encounter was really sweet, kids loved feeding them.
We left as nobody felt comfortable there. All the family refused to go back but agreed to me taking to youngest grandchildren to watch the killer whale show. Whilst park was busy previous visit on Monday, it was back to back shoulder uncomfortable. I visited guest relationships, after another encounter where we called White trash. Nothing prepared me for whom has to be meanest women in Florida MAX. My geandson just 5 with tears running down his face, telling its not OK for the man to call us white trash. But she refused to listen. My blood was boiling how heartless and dismissive MAx ( a women of Colour) was. She discriminated us because of Colour and disabilities.
