Hot spot for beautiful marine life, especially turtles

点评：The beach is beautiful. It is rocky indeed, which provides a clear visibility in the water given the fact that it is not full of sand floating around. So this is actually an advantage for those who seek interesting marine life.
Arriving early is key. It is a fact that the chum dumped off by fishers attract many marine species, including the turtles. However, when you arrive early, you are able to see many marine animals before this situation. In this beach, I was able to see an octopus, small swordfishes and a beautiful school of fish.
I got the impression that the sweet spot to see the turtles without too many people trying to take pictures and touch them (please, don't do that) is until 10 a.m.
It is incredible to see the turtles and one of them even passed beneath me as if my legs formed a tunnel. It was an incredible experience, especially for first-timers like me.
Beyond that, there were some iguanas around, the water is stunning and I was glad to see many locals there. Highly recommended beach in Curaçao.
I didn't think it was overcrowded as the hours passed by, but when I was leaving the spot, I was struck by the amount of cars parked outside. It didn't reflect the quantity of people in the beach, so this is important to note if you're visitng the beach in peak hours.
