Perseids Meteor Shower event at Mleiha

点评：Overall, we had a nice and comfortable experience during the Perseids meteor shower event on August 13. The setup was comfortable, the food was ready and good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
However, there were a few things that could have made the experience much better. The drinks were not kept cold throughout the event, which was a bit disappointing.
More importantly, the red-light rule was not properly followed by some guests. Since maintaining night vision is very important for stargazing, it would have been helpful if the organizers had reminded guests more frequently and ensured that the rule was followed.
Also, the presentation was quite difficult to hear from where we were sitting at the back. The speaker’s voice was not loud enough, especially with people around us talking and chatting during the presentation. A microphone or better sound system, along with some reminders to keep conversations down during the talk, would have made a big difference.
I did bring these concerns to the attention of the staff during the event, particularly regarding the lighting and people talking during the presentation. I specifically asked them to remind the guests to follow the red-light rule and to keep their voices down during the presentation so everyone could hear and enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, no reminders or action were taken, even after I raised these concerns.
