Bad Experience with Luxury Escape due to having to cancel a trip

点评：I had planned to go on the Ultimate Luxury Escape by Private Jet Tour to Europe in April this year but unfortunately due to a bike accident had to cancel the trip 8 weeks prior. I found they were so unhelpful when trying to get information to claim my insurance. They gave me no help or support and said this is a non refundable trip you need to sort this with your insurance company, which I totally understood. It was very stressful as I needed surgery and no empathy was shown at all! I could not get through to the tour operators to get information for the insurance company. My insurance company also tried to contact Luxury Escape and could not get through. I was calling almost everyday to make contact over 4 weeks of calling I was again told the tour operator was not available so said I would hold on until she was, finally I got hold of her and got the required information after much stress. The trip offers are amazing but sadly I will NEVER use them again.
