点评：Have just done the sausage making experience at Brocklebys. Upon arrival we were made very welcome and coffee and tea were offered to us. Straight away it was clear the staff were here to help and make the experience fun. The course took two hours and it was done in the shop. The instructions were clear and easy to follow from Nigel who led the experience. Had to say not only was it fun it was a great laugh, all of us got on really well. My wife made the perfect bundle of tied up of sausages where as I struggled so opted for making single sausages, well that's my excuse. At the end we were all given vouchers for future trips and eating at the venue. Having travelled up from Oxford we decided to take a walk around Melton Mowbray, the staff kindly kept out sausages in fridge for collection later. On the day it was extremely hot so after a hour or two of walking around we collected the sausages made and the staff gave us both an ice cold bottle of water each, just another sign these are friendly and caring staff. Whilst in the shop we decided to buy some of there pies, ended up with 6 of them and 24 sausages from the experience. We are already planning going back. Highly recommend this.
