点评：We had a great experience overall, especially thanks to the receptionist who was very helpful and understanding throughout our session. There was an issue with the cable, and initially one of the staff members told us that we could practise with the wakeboard elsewhere, but that time wouldn’t be included in our session. Later, we were told that the time actually was included, which caused some confusion and felt a little unfair.
However, the guard and receptionist handled the situation really well. They listened to us, acknowledged the confusion and the cable issue, and made sure we still received our full two hours. They even gave us some extra time to make up for the time lost, which we really appreciated.
The receptionist lady in particular was very kind, professional and helpful, and genuinely tried to make sure we had a good experience despite the problems. Big thank you to her and the guard for sorting everything out and being fair with us. 🙌
