Spa at Hoar Cross Hall的点评
点评：The spa was overcrowded, with very little available seating. In particular, there were no loungers available outside, as hotel guests had reserved them with towels. This made it impossible to find somewhere to relax and enjoy the facilities.
After just 15 minutes, I decided to leave. There was simply nothing tranquil or relaxing about the experience I encountered today.
I appreciate that the spa is a business, but the number of people being accommodated appeared to be prioritised over the quality of the customer experience. It felt as though maximising revenue had taken precedence over providing the relaxing and enjoyable experience that customers would reasonably expect from a spa.
Having paid for a spa experience, I find it particularly disappointing that I was unable to use the facilities in any meaningful way and ultimately left almost immediately.
