Poor service, less than mediocre food.

点评：Sat down and asked for a menu to be told there was none. Despite seeing several people eating various things, we were told there was only the charcuterie plate and some salads so that's what we ordered. I specifically asked if there were any other 'snacks' and was told no, yet the people behind us had numerous things, some that looked like arancini, on their charcuterie board that were not included in ours. I also specifically asked if there were any fried 'snacks' and was told no, but then after we ordered, another couple was brought an order of French fries with their snacks. Later, the servers brought out several other plates to the table behind us which looked the same as the dishes we saw others eating when we had arrived. I don't know what these were but they were clearly items not on the charcuterie plate we received.
I was very polite and my daughter was entirely silent the whole time. I don't know who in any service industry treats customers like this.
The two servers were curt and borderline impolite, shrugging off my basic questions about what was included on the plate. When I went to pay, I was left standing there while the two servers carried on conversions with locals who weren't even dining there.
We were told there was some bruschetta on the charcuterie plate, but all there was were a few pieces of crustini with only olive oil. The prosciuto on the plate was dry and tough. The lardo was not edible. Possibly one of the most mediocre charcuterie plates I've ever ordered.
Overall, a horrible experience.
