SEN sessions aren't respected or well planned

点评：We have a membership here as my SEN son is obsessed with jumping. We obviously can only choose from the SEN sessions which are incredibly limited and seem to be assigned at awkward times. We go to the 9am session on a Tuesday, which is quiet and enjoyable for the kids, but unfortunately the 10am slots just pour onto the trampolines as soon as they arrive before their official slot and it takes us as parents asking staff to get them off. They have wristbands so easy to spot and there is no excuse.
This morning was just an absolute disaster because they arranged a princess event at 10am and loads of people arrived and many of them came on before their time and caused the SEN kids to get overwhelmed by the crowds and noise. Then leaving the trampolines was a nightmare because all of downstairs was jam packed with people and our group had kids running away in panic when we were trying to get shoes on to leave. It defeats the point of the SEN session entirely.
Can't we have a 5 or 10 min grace period for everyone to leave safely before the huge crowds arrive? If you asked the next session to wait upstairs until their slot (10:10 for instance) itll probably generate more money for you because theyll buy drinks and snacks. It's a win win. Otherwise having a SEN session is pretty pointless because the session isn't respected and it's impossible to get the kids out safely. It's poorly planned and poorly executed as it is. There is very little for SEN children to do during the holidays so when a SEN session is offered, it's disappointing when it's this badly run.

我们能不能设置一个5到10分钟的缓冲时间，让所有人都能在大量人群涌入之前安全离开呢？如果让下一场的参与者先在楼上等候，直到轮到他们入场的时间（比如10点10分），这样很可能还能为您带来更多收入，因为他们会购买饮料和零食。这可是双赢的做法。否则，举办SEN专属场次就毫无意义了——因为这个场次根本得不到尊重，孩子们也无法安全离开。目前这个活动计划不周且执行糟糕。假期里，特殊需求儿童几乎没什么可做的，因此当有针对他们的特别活动时，如果组织得如此糟糕，实在令人失望。
