点评：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant visit Caitlyn made our day!
We visited Wellington Bowl in Great Yarmouth last weekend as a family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Caitlyn on reception who is an absolute asset to the team she was so warm, welcoming and genuinely happy to help us.
My kids were a little excited Caitlyn was fantastic with them! She took the time to talk to them, explain how everything worked which bowling balls to use that would be better for them and even gave them a few little tips to make their bowling extra fun. Her cheerful attitude and patience made all the difference the kids left with huge smiles and said caitlyn was their favourite part of the whole trip!
The service was quick, everything was clean and well-organised, but Caitlyn’s kindness and outstanding customer care really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their job and makes every guest feel so valued.
She should be given a pay rise for her outstanding customer service and be kept at all costs as its very rare to find a staff member like her that takes such pride in her work!!
Thank you Caitlyn for a wonderful family day out and making our day out so much more memorable – we’ll definitely be coming back!!
