点评：The experience itself was nice, however I strongly recommend not going for the upsell. They make it sound like you’ll get additional activities, including snorkeling—but their version of “snorkeling” is simply looking under the water at the dolphin swimming. It was very misleading and honestly felt like a complete rip-off.
The biggest disappointment came at the end of the experience when they take you to view your photos. We actually got some great shots, but the pricing was shocking. I expected photos to be expensive, but I did not expect a price tag of $470 for the middle package. Even the smallest package—around 10 photos—was still extremely overpriced.
As much as I would have loved to have those memories of my kids swimming with dolphins for the first time, there was just no way I could justify spending that kind of money.
It was a spur of the moment decision to do this, and I wish I had researched it more prior to going. Lesson learned!
Overall, I would not recommend this experience. There are so many more wonderful things to do in Puerto Morelos that won’t leave you feeling taken advantage of.
