The bikes themselves were excellent, but unfortunately the customer service left a very poor impression.
I called to ask roughly what time the bikes would be delivered. Instead of giving an estimate, I was told quite bluntly that customers have to adapt to their schedule. The conversation felt unnecessarily confrontational, and my question was never actually answered.
The €35 delivery fee had to be paid in cash. When I handed over a €50 note, they seemed genuinely surprised and insisted that I find the exact €35 myself. They offered no alternative or solution, despite never having mentioned beforehand that they would not have change or that exact cash would be required. I think it's entirely reasonable for customers to expect a business collecting cash payments to be able to provide change.

I'll be returning to Mallorca soon and hiring bikes again, and I'll choose a different company next time, even if the bikes aren't quite as good. Friendly, helpful service matters, and based on my experience I didn't receive it here.
