点评：We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Elephant Haven and really enjoyed spending the extra time observing the elephants up close and also having the opportunity to give the elephants a mud bath and swim in the river. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would like to particularly commend Bank, who was our guide. He really took the time to impart his knowledge and delivered it enthusiastically over the two days with excellent English and sitting down at lunch and dinner to chat aswell. All the staff were so positive and friendly and in the evening one of the highlights was learning how to make /cook spring rolls and Tom Kha soup and eating and chatting with Bank, Louie and his wife and the other staff. We felt that the elephants were all treated respectfully from what we saw. The cabins were much better than we had imagined and they had a view of the river, hot water and air conditioning. Another highlight was spending time with the elephants before the next groups arrived. We also enjoyed walking along the death railway and seeing the train come into the station. The food was lovely and there was complimentary water, tea and coffee available throughout the day.A very big thank you to all the staff for making it an enjoyable visit.
