Our safari with Gosheni Safaris was an unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the planning stage before our arrival in Tanzania to the safari itself and even the assistance we received after returning home, the entire experience was wonderful. A special thank-you to Norah from the sales team and our guide, David, who both played an important role in making this journey so memorable.
Excellent Planning and Communication Before the Trip
Organizing a private safari for four people from overseas can be complicated. We wanted to experience the highlights of northern Tanzania, including Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, Central Serengeti and Northern Serengeti, with the hope of seeing the Great Migration and as many iconic African animals as possible.
Norah was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. She patiently answered our questions, discussed the itinerary with us, clarified the accommodation options and helped coordinate the many details involved in arranging a multi-day safari. We had quite specific expectations for our trip, and her willingness to communicate and work through the details gave us confidence before we even arrived in Tanzania.
The planning process matters enormously when you are investing so much time and money in a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and Norah made us feel that our expectations were taken seriously.
An Incredible Safari with Our Guide, David
The safari itself was everything we had hoped for, and so much more.
We visited Tarangire, with its magnificent elephants and iconic baobab trees; the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, with its extraordinary concentration of wildlife; and the vast plains of the Serengeti, including the northern region associated with the Great Migration.
Seeing these landscapes and animals in person was an extraordinary experience. We were fortunate to encounter an incredible variety of wildlife, and the trip delivered the classic African safari experience we had dreamed about.
A huge part of this success was our guide, David. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife and local environment greatly enriched the experience. A good safari guide does much more than simply drive a vehicle from one place to another: they help you understand what you are seeing, pay attention to the surrounding environment and make the journey meaningful.
David helped us make the most of our time in the parks, and we particularly appreciated having a dedicated guide throughout our private safari. Having the flexibility to enjoy wildlife encounters at our own pace made the experience even more special.
For anyone planning a first safari in Tanzania, I would strongly recommend traveling with a knowledgeable and experienced guide. David helped turn an already beautiful trip into a truly memorable adventure.
A Well-Organized and Memorable Experience
We also appreciated the overall organization of the trip. Traveling between different national parks, staying at different camps and lodges, and coordinating daily game drives requires considerable planning behind the scenes.
Gosheni put together an itinerary that allowed us to experience the remarkable diversity of northern Tanzania, from Tarangire’s elephants and baobabs to Ngorongoro’s dramatic volcanic landscape and the immense plains of the Serengeti.
The combination of landscapes, wildlife encounters and overnight stays made each day feel different. We never felt that the safari was simply a checklist of destinations; it was a complete journey through some of Africa’s most extraordinary natural environments.
Outstanding Support Even After the Safari
There is one more reason I want to give Gosheni Safaris special recognition.
After leaving Tanzania, two of our checked bags were left behind in Dar es Salaam during our connecting flights. We contacted the airline and Guangzhou Airport to try to resolve the issue, but the situation was stressful, especially because we had not received a response from the airline.
Although our safari had already ended and we were back home, I reached out to Norah for help. She kindly provided the phone number of an Air Tanzania manager so that I could follow up directly.
Fortunately, our bags arrived in Guangzhou before I needed to make the call, and we were able to collect them safely. Nevertheless, I was genuinely touched that Norah was willing to help us even after we had finished our trip and left the country.
This was a small gesture, but it meant a great deal to us. It showed that the relationship with the client did not simply end when the safari was over.
Excellent service is not only about delivering a great trip; it is also about how people treat you when you need help. Norah demonstrated exactly the kind of care and professionalism that makes a travel company stand out.
Final Thoughts: Highly Recommended!
Looking back, our Tanzania safari was one of the most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. The landscapes were spectacular, the wildlife encounters were extraordinary, and the entire journey gave us a deeper appreciation for the natural beauty of Tanzania.
I would like to thank Gosheni Safaris for organizing such a wonderful journey, Norah for her patience, professionalism and continued support, and David for being an excellent guide throughout our adventure.

这次肯尼亚+坦桑尼亚Safari体验远超预期！一定要好好夸夸对接的地接Cindy小姐姐，专业又热情，不管什么时候联系她，都能及时帮我们处理各种问题。做行程的时候特别有耐心，一点点帮我们打磨调整，充分听取我们的想法，沟通起来特别省心。
肯尼亚向导阿里十分专业，找动物很有经验。坦桑尼亚的向导Edward更是出色！他对每种动物的习性都了如指掌，储备了超多动物知识。开车行进途中，一边留意寻找动物，一边给我们讲解。我们英语不太好，他会特意用简单易懂的表达，慢慢讲，保证我们听得明白。
Edward人还特别热心，认识很多同行向导朋友。路上遇到别的车辆抛锚，他会主动上前帮忙；有其他游客米饭不够吃，在征得我们同意后，他把我们没吃完的食物分享出去。能看到他这样热心待人，我们也特别开心。
整趟旅途下来，营地、车辆安排都很稳妥，是一次很难忘的草原之旅！

我们的向导是OMBENI，他非常的友好、热情、认真负责，他非常有经验，往往可以找到最佳的观赏点，并且可以高效的找到稀有动物和行为，节省了非常多的等待时间。车辆也舒适卫生。整体体验非常好，推荐。

We had an absolutely amazing safari in Tanzania, and a big part of that was thanks to Gosheni Safaris.
Everything was well organized from start to finish, so we barely had to worry about anything. The safari vehicle was comfortable and well maintained, with hats provided and a small fridge always stocked with drinks. The lunches were good, and all the hotels arranged for us were clean and comfortable.
A very special thank you to our guide, Omar — he was truly the heart of our trip!
Thanks to his experience, we saw an incredible amount of wildlife and some unforgettable moments: lions, a leopard and elephants all in the same scene; a herd of buffalo chasing away a lone lion; lions feeding on buffalo and zebra four different times; a cheetah hunt; and four wildebeest river crossings, including two huge ones.
What impressed us most was Omar’s ability to always find the best viewing position. He seemed to know where the animals were heading and where we should wait, which allowed us to enjoy these moments from fantastic angles.
Omar is also a genuinely kind person. He would always greet local children along the way, and whenever we passed a vehicle that had broken down, he would stop and ask if they needed help. Small things like these say a lot about someone.
Omar is an excellent guide, both professionally and personally. If we ever return to Tanzania, we would happily choose Gosheni Safaris again — and definitely ask for Omar!

这次坦桑尼亚之行，真的带给了我们太多惊喜和感动。出发前其实对非洲充满未知，也有些担心，但真正踏上这片土地后，才发现一切都比想象中更加精彩。
整个行程安排得非常合理，当地旅行社沟通认真负责，从接机到每天的路线安排都十分顺畅，让我们一路都很安心。而最让我们难忘的，是我们的向导 zadock。
zadock 拥有丰富的 safari 经验，对动物习性和草原环境的判断非常敏锐。很多时候，我们还没发现什么异常，他已经根据斑马、角马或者长颈鹿的反应判断附近是否有狮子或猎豹。那种感觉真的像在看一部真实的动物世界纪录片。
在草原上，我们亲眼看到了猎豹追捕羚羊的全过程，也看到狮群伏击失败后安静离开的背影；看到象群从车旁缓缓经过，也看到长颈鹿优雅地站在夕阳下。最震撼的一次，是一头雄狮从灌木中缓缓走出，从我们的车前经过，整个草原瞬间安静下来，那种属于非洲草原王者的压迫感，至今都记忆深刻。
除了专业，zadock 也非常耐心和细致。一路上我们问了很多关于动物、部落以及坦桑尼亚生活的问题，他都会认真讲解，还会主动帮我们寻找最佳拍照位置。每天的节奏轻松舒服，完全不会觉得疲惫。
坦桑尼亚不仅有震撼的野生动物和辽阔草原，当地人的热情也让人印象深刻。无论酒店工作人员还是营地服务人员，都非常友善真诚，让整个旅程更加温暖。

朋友推荐的行程和当地旅行社，我们照搬，连向导也是朋友推荐的Bariki。这次safari给了我原来从未有过的体验，美妙，神奇。非洲的旷野令人流连忘返。特别是向导Bariki,有着丰富的巡猎经验和鹰一般的眼睛，带领我们近距离看到了犀牛一家，犀牛还朝着我们呼气，凶我们。看到猎豹狩猎，几次失手后最终成功捕捉到羚羊。也带领我们看到了猎豹妈妈教小猎豹成功捕获羚羊。还看到了狮子兄弟们捕捉羚羊失败后的失望。特别是看到欢乐的斑马和角马群忽然寂静，朝着同一个方向望去，向导马上调转车头，说那里有狮子，带着我们冲向雄狮方向，果然有一头雄狮从灌木丛中踩着王者之风的脚步，从我们车前走过，整个草原一片肃静，感觉血雨腥风即将到来……总之，Bariki用丰富的经验，敏锐的嗅觉带领我们完成了这次难忘而又神奇的路程。非常幸运！

这是一次非常难得的遇见同时我们也就此补及了非洲五大中的最后一钟动物。进入公园不久，我们又发现了两只正他在池塘边休息的狮子他们会在玉木十分等斑马的动物来喝水时进行突袭

此行非常愉快并且永生难忘，尤其是因为有了导游兼司机Bariki。他是一位经验非常丰富并且非常专业的向导，一路上不厌其烦地向我们介绍坦桑尼亚的风土人情以及动物特性，有问必答，让我们对这片土地和动物世界有了初步的了解。并且，由于他有十多年的从业经验，有一双老鹰般的眼睛，而且开车技术非常好，总是能在第一时间赶到我们想看的现场。此行我们不仅很快看到了非洲五大，并且还近距离看到了黑犀牛和树上的花豹母子，看到了猎豹和狮子的捕猎场景。Bariki非常敬业，每天早出晚归地带我们游猎，而且总是把车况保持得很好。八天的相处非常愉快。

此行非常愉快并且永生难忘，尤其是因为有了导游兼司机Bariki。他是一位经验非常丰富并且非常专业的向导，一路上不厌其烦地向我们介绍坦桑尼亚的风土人情以及动物特性，有问必答，让我们对这片土地和动物世界有了初步的了解。并且，由于他有十多年的从业经验，有一双老鹰般的眼睛，而且开车技术非常好，总是能在第一时间赶到我们想看的现场。此行我们不仅很快看到了非洲五大，并且还近距离看到了黑犀牛和树上的花豹母子，看到了猎豹和狮子的捕猎场景。Bariki非常敬业，每天早出晚归地带我们游猎，而且总是把车况保持得很好。八天的相处非常愉快。
